Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping:

We ship your package within 3 business days of receipt of order. In the event that your order cannot be shipped complete within 3 business days, we will notify you via email or phone with a status. Occasionally items ordered together may not ship together. If this happens, no additional shipping charges will be incurred by customer.

We ship via UPS Ground within the US.  Your package will be delivered with "No Signature Required". UPS will leave the package at your doorway.  UPS 1-Day, 2-Day, & 3-Day Air is available.  Pease contact us at 239.404.5805 to place your order with Air Shipping.

International packages will be sent via Postal Service.  International Shipping Charges may apply. A Company Representative will email you once order has been placed to quote actual shipping charges prior to charging your credit card.
 

Returns & Exchanges:

We understand it is sometimes necessary to return a purchase.  You may return a purchase for a refund, merchandise credit, or exchange.

Returned merchandise must be received within 15 business days of invoice date. Return Authorization Number must be written on outside of the box & merchandise must be returned as not having been worn, altered or washed, and with all tags attached & hangers enclosed. Please enclose copy of invoice in the package. For your safety, we recommend that you insure any returned merchandise.  We accept returns via US Mail, UPS, & Fed Ex.

Full refund will be given, less shipping charges.  If the item you purchased had free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from refund.

 We would be happy to assist you with exchanges. We are available if you have questions regarding sizing, colors, and/or styles.  A Shipping Charge of $7.00 will be charged to ship an exchange on an order.
